DESCRIPTION:St Alban’s Parish will be holding one of our two annual Foodbank Collections at all Masses. We’re collecting donations to support the incredible work of the Silklife Foodbank\, which provides vital assistance to individuals and families in need across our community. \n\n\n\nAbout Silklife Foodbank\n\n\n\nThe Silklife Foodbank is powered by dedicated volunteers who tirelessly collect\, sort\, and distribute food to the homeless\, individuals living alone\, and families experiencing hardship. Each carefully prepared delivery provides a week’s supply of nourishing meals\, often including recipe cards to help recipients make the most of their provisions. \n\n\n\nHow You Can Help\n\n\n\nYour generosity makes a real difference! Please bring your donations to the church porch during any Mass this weekend. \n\n\n\nCurrently\, the most needed items are: \n\n\n\n\nTins: Meat\, vegetables\, macaroni cheese\, rice pudding\n\n\n\nBags: Rice\n\n\n\nOther: Tea bags\, toilet rolls\n\n\n\n\nAll packaged food and toiletries are very welcome and will be gratefully received. \n\n\n\nOther Ways to Support Silklife Foodbank\n\n\n\nIf you’re unable to donate this weekend\, you can still support Silklife Foodbank throughout the year: \n\n\n\n\nLook for their collection boxes in local supermarkets.\n\n\n\nDrop off donations at Scoop and Scales.\n\n\n\nMake a monetary donation directly through their website (please visit their site for details).\n\n\n\n\nThank you for your continued support in helping us make a positive impact on the lives of those in our community.

DESCRIPTION:Receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation is easy at St Alban’s\, simply come along between 11am-11:45am and await your turn.  \n\n\n\nThe peace of mind and soul which this sacrament imparts to us is one for which there is no substitute. It is a peace that flows from a certainty\, rather than from an unsure hope\, that our sins have been forgiven and that we are right with God.
