St Alban’s has an extensive Parish Library. The Mabel North Library, as it is called, holds the bequeathed library of the leading catechist and former parishoner, Mabel North.

The Mabel North Library is located in the Church cloister and is open after Mass and by request at the presbytery.

Our Parish Librarian, Silvia, each month selects a different book (no recommendation is made in August) from the collection and provides us with a short description of the text. If you would like to recommend a book to be added to the library or would like to submit a review of a book you have borrowed, please contact Silvia silviagiampietro@hotmail.com.

An online catalogue of all the books and resources available from the Mabel North Library can be found on the Parish Library page.
